These terms cover your use of reelweddings.org. We have kept them short and plain. By using the site, you agree to them.

What ReelWeddings is

ReelWeddings is a directory of wedding venues. We do not own or run any venue, we are not a party to any booking, and we do not guarantee that a venue is available, will reply, or will book with you.

For couples

• Using the site is free, and you do not need an account.
• When you send a quote request, we share it only with the venue or venues you choose.
• Your agreement for any booking is directly between you and the venue.

For venues

• Claiming a listing is governed by our Claim License.
• Any fees for bookings or subscriptions are set out in our Venue Agreement.

Content and takedowns

If you own a photo, video or other content on the site and want it removed, tell us here and we will remove it within 48 hours.

Accuracy

We verify what we can, but prices, capacity, availability and other details change. Always confirm details directly with the venue before you book or pay.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any dealings between you and a venue. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
